Georgian Pinxton Porcelain Tea Cup and Saucer – Hand Painted – Billingsley

We have for sale a wonderful antique Pinxton Porcelain fluted teacup and saucer with gorgeous hand-painted red and gold decoration with ivory ground. Pinxton Porcelain was a porcelain works created by John Coke and William Billingsley in Pinxton in Derbyshire, England and produced porcelain wares from 1799 to 1813.

• Made in England by Pinxton
• Unmarked. Circa 1810
• Excellent condition considering the age, no chips or cracks. Some wear to the gilded decoration and a few spots inside the cup that show manufacturing flaws. – Please see photos.

Dimensions:
• Cup about 3.25 inches in diameter and 2.50 tall
• Saucer about 5.50 inches in diameter and 1.25 inches deep
